We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our top-level executives, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position is based in Bangalore, India, and requires availability during US shift hours.

**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex calendars for the CTO, CEO, and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Arrange international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences for executives.

**Communication Liaison**:
**Meeting Preparation**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, collate necessary documents, and ensure that executives are well-prepared for all engagements, including internal and external meetings.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records, including meeting minutes, executive documents, and confidential information.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating projects by liaising with various teams and departments, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

**Expense Management**:

- Manage expense reports, receipts, and reimbursements for the executives in a timely and accurate manner.

**Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

**Ad hoc Support**:

- Provide additional administrative support and perform other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating the needs of executives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
