Dough preparation.
- To be check the dough temperature and take out the ball from the chiller and kept for thawing.
- To be start the sheeting ball and arranging the mould properly in the trolley and move to proofing chamber.
- To be check the proofing chamber temp and humidity.after completion move to hot kitchen.
- Base parbake for 260 c for 2.15 mints.
- Hand over to topping arrangement team.
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work.
- Work according to the instructions of Superiors.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Hand over to topping arrangement team.
- To be check the L sealer packing machine belt.
- To be check the taping machine.
- Every 2 hours once metel detector coin checking.
- To be check the batch code,mfd,use by and fssai license no.
- Metal detector record and packing record to be maintained.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
