Godown Incharge

We are a wedding decor company that specializes in creating beautiful and memorable events. We are looking for a Godown Incharge to join our team and manage our warehouse operations.

The Godown Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team management. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in warehouse management and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with vendors, clients, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and materials.
- Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
