Job Description:

- Developing high-quality content for website pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Crafting engaging and persuasive copy for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive user interaction.
- Creating attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and captions that resonate with audiences, spark interest, and compel action across various digital channels.
- Collaborating closely with the creative team, digital marketers, and clients to brainstorm content ideas, develop content calendars, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page optimization techniques to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Maintaining consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand guidelines across all content assets, while also adapting style and language to suit specific platforms and target audiences.
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammatical correctness, and adherence to style guidelines and editorial standards.
- Monitoring content performance and user engagement metrics using analytics tools, analyzing data insights, and refining content strategies based on actionable feedback.
- Staying updated on emerging digital trends, content marketing best practices, and platform innovations to continuously innovate and elevate our content offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a content/copywriter, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content strategy, social media trends, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and participate in team discussions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
