House of Wok is a Pan-Asian restaurant chain that has rapidly grown to become one of the most beloved and esteemed culinary destinations throughout India. Our story began in October 2019, when two childhood friends, who lacked any prior experience in the food industry but shared a fervent passion for gastronomy, embarked on a journey to create a distinctive culinary experience. Our passion and love for food continue to drive us to take our brand to new heights. Currently operating five outlets with five more in the opening phase, we are excited to bring our culinary excellence to even more locations. Looking ahead, we have grand plans for the future, with a plethora of exciting new developments in the pipeline, including the opening of 10 more outlets in 2024 in North, West and East India. We pledge to continue to delight our customers with the finest of Pan-Asian cuisine, prepared with the freshest and most authentic ingredients.

**JD for Food & Beverage Trainer (QSR) - House of Wok**
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Experience in QSR Training is a must
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with restaurant staff and management.
- Conduct various F& B specific training courses for outlets (i. e. Suggestive Selling, Product Training, Service Polish, Service Standards, Point of Sale/Cash Handling and Remittance training to ensure financial accuracy within food and beverage outlets).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program
- Ensure adherence of all environmental policies and programs as required
- Provide assistance to F& B colleagues according to business level
- Identify training needs or gaps and implement solutions to maximise results to positively impact the Food & Beverage division's productivity and performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
