**About the organization**:TNI Career Counselling is a global admissions advisory, career counselling, and test prep venture catering to undergraduate, Master, PhD, MBA & EMBA programs. Additionally, we work with institutions to provide counselling resources, workshops, webinars, and other outreach activities. We provide mentoring on test prep and admissions guidance led by our founder Mr Dhaval Mehta (a University of Michigan & Columbia University graduate). You will get to work with a truly global team and make your mark in the education industry.

**Office Timings**: Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

**Weekly Off**: Alternate Saturdays (2) and Sundays

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Understand all services provided by the Company so as to upsell accordingly to potential and existing students/parents.
- Networking and Collaboration: Identify key strategies, and establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with educational institutions counsellors industry professionals, and alumni networks. Collaborate with these stakeholders to organize career fairs, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance students' exposure and understanding of various career options. Travel as required to institutions, cities etc.
- Work with other team members within marketing and content for articles from all stakeholders, and conducting events
- Connect to at least 25-30 students/parents a day to build a pipeline of students that you will advise and achieve revenue targets of INR 3-4 lakhs on a monthly basis after the first month of training
- Career Aptitude Test: Administer and interpret aptitude tests to assess students' aptitude, interests, personality traits, and learning styles. Help students gain self-awareness and identify career paths that align with their strengths and preferences.
- Career Counseling: Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions to students and parents, understanding their interests, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses. Help them explore various study options/alternatives and make informed decisions based on their goals.
- Profile Building, Mentoring & Educational Planning: Meeting with students at least twice a month from the start of their services. Reach out to potential mentors via LinkedIn or other channels for a long-term relationship and connect them to current students as per the requirement
- Assist and oversee other team members in expert support and coordination with students to make sure each of the services is provided through in-house/contracted teams - tutoring, partner activities etc
- Guidance for Study Abroad and in India: Map the right options for abroad Education and in India ie for Diploma, Bachelor's, and Master's (all streams); provide thorough and accurate information regarding the programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia etc
- Resource Management: Maintain an updated database of student pipeline, study abroad programs, scholarships, entrance exams, and relevant educational resources. Stay informed about changing admission criteria, visa regulations, and academic trends.
- Collaborate with existing profile-building partners for connecting students, collaborating with new partners to add diversity for strategic profile building.
- Guiding current school and individual clients as per the assignment given to you
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field from a Global university/college.
- Proven experience in full-time/internship as a career counselling, preferably with a focus on higher education in India and Abroad will be highly considered
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes is a plus point
- Familiarity with psychometric/aptitude tests and their interpretation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, event coordination, students and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and parents and effectively convey information.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and online platforms used for career counselling and educational research such as google docs, sheets, slides, zoom, etc

You are required to have stable, fast internet and a laptop with relevant software.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
