**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Operations**: Source and purchase air conditioning units, components, spare parts, and related materials.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the HVAC industry, negotiating pricing and terms.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work with inventory and warehouse teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality standards.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to meet legal and regulatory standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet industry standards and company specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of procurement experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with HVAC products and market trends is highly desirable.
