**Basic Functions**:

- Software Knowledge (ERP)
- Strong in Follow-up
- Product Catalogue
- Inputs gathering and target reviews

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible
- Order Planning & Follow Up with Production through SCM
- Product Catalogue and Price List support to Mktg. Team
- Order Processing - Internal & External, Dispatch Plan
- Payment adjustment in Accounts, Sync with CRM Exec
- Releasing Sales Orders to Plant from time to time to help them plan production and purchase
- Follow Up & Tracking of Mkt. Executive, Solving queries of Mkt. Executive.
- Database updating of Dealer & Distributor, Follow Up with Dealers (Secondary Sales)
- OEM / Tier 1 - Customer Quotes, Schemes & Coupons Handling
- Providing Data to GM - As per requirement,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
