**Roles and Responsibilities**

Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations by proactive IR approach.

Familiar with labour laws & Ensure 100% statutory compliances as per various act and laws.

Liaison with government bodies (PRO role with Govt. departments like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Lawyers, Labour officer, Factories and Boilers, Employment exchange).

Grievance Handling (related to canteen, leave, salary etc.).

Handling disciplinary practices like; issuing advisory letter, Warning Letter, Show cause notices, Suspension pending enquiry Letters, Charge sheets and conducting internal/domestic enquiries, submitting findings and imposing punishment etc.

Conducting monthly meeting with employees’ participation committees’ viz. Canteen committee, SPT Committee, Safety Committee, POSH Committee, Works Committee, etc.

Implementation of Minimum Wages in accordance with Scheduled Employment.

Executing “Employee Engagement” initiatives/activities. Contract labour’s related documents, registration, issuing form V and returns. (Every month monitoring ESIC/PF/salary register/etc.

Effectively handling plant welfare activity Every month reviewing of all Indian Acts and Rules for any amendment and comply the same
