We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Manthra Innovations. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our training programs, reaching out to potential students, and driving enrollment growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your marketing skills to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking quality technical education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs offered by Manthra Innovations.
- Identify and explore new channels for student acquisition and enrollment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of the technical education landscape in Kerala State is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
