Hiring for - Maverick Solutions Inc. - Maveric Solution Inc. is a leading provider of advanced medical simulators, catering to medical colleges across India. Our innovative and high-value medical simulators play a crucial role in medical education by providing realistic training experiences to future healthcare professionals. With an average simulator value of INR 2.5 Crores per piece, we serve a diverse range of clientele, including central government colleges, state colleges, and private medical institutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts, expand our market presence across India, and establish a robust distributor network.

KRA**:Sales Targets Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and revenue growth.**
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Possess and continually enhance in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Funnel Management: Efficiently manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and effective sales process.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills in presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Timely Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Exhibit effective negotiation skills and successfully close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on sales techniques, industry best practices, and product knowledge to continually improve personal and team performance.

**Salary**: ₹8,804.96 - ₹35,017.77 per month
