**Job Title: Office Administration cum Accountant**

**Job Summary**:
The Office Administration cum Accountant plays a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks while also handling financial records and transactions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Accounting Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Handle payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

2. **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and external vendors.

3. **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Experience with payroll processing software.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
