Cs Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on **C, C++, Java, and Python** to students.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced).
- Provide practical coding exercises and projects to ensure hands-on learning.
- Mentor and guide students on career opportunities, programming practices, and best coding practices.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to track student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring students are industry-ready.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course content and delivery.
- Provide one-on-one support to students needing additional guidance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong expertise and proven experience in **C, C++, Java, and Python** programming languages.
- Prior teaching or training experience in a classroom or online setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with additional technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or databases is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant programming languages or teaching are desirable.
- Knowledge of industry-standard development practices such as Git, Agile, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
