- **Packaging Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily packaging activities, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of products.
- Implement and monitor packaging processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Manage MRP label pasting and ensure proper documentation and labeling of all packages.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the packaging department.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize packaging workflows and reduce packaging time.
- Collaborate with the team to introduce best practices and innovative packaging solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all packaging materials and methods meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high packaging quality and minimize defects.
- **Inventory and Material Management**:

- Monitor packaging material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Optimize material usage to reduce wastage and control packaging costs.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Train and supervise packaging staff to ensure adherence to packaging protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to achieve packaging targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in packaging, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of MRP label pasting and packaging processes.
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and implement process improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in using packaging machinery and software.
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards in packaging operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
