Primary Teacher

**Job Title: PRT (Mother Teacher)**

D.G.V. Sr. Sec. Public School in Rohtak seeks a dedicated PRT. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools to enhance learning and cater to students' diverse needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
- Assess students' progress, track their academic performance, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior, engagement, and respect among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning, address academic concerns, and participate in school events.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and meetings to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
- Foster a critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities among primary grade students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, and student assessments in accordance with school policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field with a focus on primary education.
- Prior experience teaching primary grade students is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with young children, nurturing their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
