**Urgent Hiring For EDP Officer - Ahmedabad (chandkheda)**

**Experience** - 2 years minimum

**Purpose of the EDP Officer role**:
EDP Officer is responsible for providing best in class support to students by resolving issues related to iTutor, MS teams and other technologies. Also ensure, adherence to processes and operational compliance for managing the database of attendance, test results, batch enrolments and admission forms processing.

**As an EDP Officer, you are expected to**:
Manage students related information including absenteeism, fee submission and processing, timetable/teacher’s updates etc.

Handle service calls of parents and students to resolve the issues.

Supporting academic staff in service delivery - typesetting, hybrid learning tools, test/classroom material etc.

Assist Branch Head, ABMs, Regional leadership with required reports.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹44,736.81 - ₹64,736.81 per month

**Experience**:

- EDP Officer: 2 years (preferred)
