JOB DESCRIPTION - Graphic Designer and Visualizer

Work with a 30-year old pan-India non-profit organization - Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3), which is equipping, educating and mobilizing girls and women in India to achieve gender equality.

We are looking for a **Graphic Designer and Visualizer** with a bend for gender-based issues, interest in pop-culture and content creation for digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create and design various materials for print and digital
- Ideating and designing creatives for C3’s social media channels, including facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter
- Continuing C3’s branding and personality in all designs
- Familiarity with pop-culture, advertising and design trends, social media trends
- Maintaining C3’s Instagram grid
- Skilled in designing reports, briefs, banners, newsletters, etc
- Creating designs for C3’s website
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, graphic and hand illustrations
- Using C3’s bank of photos to create short GIF-style, stop motion and other treatments for short-form videos
- Video editing skills for explainer videos, Instagram reels, IGTV, Instagram/Facebook stories, teaser and promotional videos, impact and case story videos. (this is additional but not mandatory)
- Archiving existent and new footage and photo bank
- Referencing and ideating for issue-based designs
- Supporting the edit for our in-house YouTube show: C3 Gender-o-meter
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Support the Communications team with their specific requirements

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/post graduate in any discipline with preference for design, graphic design, advertising and marketing, communication, etc.
- Knowledge of design softwares such as adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign, Canva
- (Additional) Knowledge of video editing tools
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Social media friendly with experience and knowledge of all platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Good writing skills, good command over English and Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
