**Job Summary:

- **We are seeking an experienced **Lab Incharge** to join our team in the tyre manufacturing industry. This is a key role where you will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring product quality, and supporting research and development efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and test raw materials and compounds to ensure compliance with quality standards; document and report findings to relevant departments for necessary action and follow-up.
- Analyze green compounds according to established standards to verify specifications for further processing.
- Conduct specialized tests such as **Mooney viscosity tests**, **rheometric properties**, **physical properties**, **hardness**, and **specific gravity** checks.
- Maintain and update testing documents, including ISO, BIS, and calibration records.
- Conduct regular performance checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide comprehensive training to new personnel on laboratory procedures, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
- Ensure ongoing awareness among team members regarding the latest practices and standards in tyre manufacturing quality assurance.
- Monitor and manage the compounding process to meet specified standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold consistent product quality.
- Implement and monitor laboratory procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in testing methodologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements in quality assurance processes to achieve production goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of laboratory equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Conduct regular performance checks and validations to uphold equipment reliability and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8-10 years** of relevant experience in a laboratory setting within the tyre manufacturing or rubber industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Chemistry**, **Material Science**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and laboratory management.
- In-depth knowledge of tyre manufacturing processes and testing standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Yearly bonus
