Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and communication throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the customer care team to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Generate reports on customer service performance, team productivity, and customer feedback to provide insights for business improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer care or customer service leadership role within the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and helpdesk platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing e-commerce environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken [Language(s)].
