**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire housekeeping-related process. (office assistant training)(Attendance)
- Manage all administration to keep the people working efficiently
- Manage all the Devices security-related, Asset database in the entire organization
- Handling all hardware and software with network related issues
- Manage all day to day expenses related to the administration and staff welfare
- Handle filing, records keeping, sorting-checking related to the whole office staff
- Time to time visit client s places to collect payments and make a relationship better
- Handle all the bank works for the entire organization, like cheques deposit, cash deposits, and other customer care related.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Graduation from a recognized university or M. Com, MBA/PGDM in finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Should be multitasking, flexible, energetic and positive learning attitude.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
