Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or clients based on provided leads or databases.

Product/Service Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including contact information, preferences, and feedback.

Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction, answer additional questions, and encourage repeat business.

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
