HeadPro is seeking a Female Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand visibility of HeadPro across various social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. You will curate compelling content to engage our target audience and drive traction in the recruitment industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Curate and create engaging content tailored to our target audience, showcasing our expertise in the recruitment industry.
- Deep dive into the recruitment industry to understand market trends and dynamics, and leverage this knowledge to create impactful content.
- Utilize LinkedIn to generate prospects and drive sales opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Reconnect with past clients to revive business relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business.
- Conduct customer surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Proficient in creating compelling presentations (PPTs) to showcase our services and solutions.
- Technologically savvy, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant digital tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn for sales prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations (PPTs).
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Fair industry knowledge to effectively pitch our services to potential clients.
