**Your role**:
We, at Khatabook, are looking for a** Lead Frontend Developer**, who has a deep understanding of user experience design, is a great communicator, is self-motivated, and is intensely detail-oriented. Our front-end tech stack today is centered around React, with a clear roadmap to move into cross-platform, mobile app development. if you want to tackle hard and interesting problems at scale and create an impact within an entrepreneurial environment.

**What would you do at Khatabook**:

- Lead a full product development life cycle from idea, design, and development, to roll out and support
- Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
- Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensible, quality
- Lead and adopt a security-first approach in product development and ensure automated and manual security checks are in place across the delivery pipeline work.

**What are we looking for**:

- Working and developing in an agile environment working with XP/Scrum development practices.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, NodeJS, Go, JavaScript, Angular.Js, React.js HTML, CSS programming stacks, and passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess.
- Knowledge of software practices like refactoring, clean code, domain-driven design, Encapsulation, etc.
