The **Sales Executive** role involves various tasks such as property marketing, client relations, negotiations, and ensuring that transactions comply with legal requirements.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Develop new business and acquire potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**:

- Create property listings, including details, photos, and videos.
- Market properties through online platforms, social media, and print media.
- Organize and conduct property showings for interested buyers or tenants.
- **Negotiation & Sales**:

- Assist clients in setting competitive prices for properties based on market research.
- Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Guide clients through the sale or rental process, from initial interest to closing the deal.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Coordinate with legal teams, property appraisers, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain a record of sales activities, meetings, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Offer exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise and ensure client satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Time management and organizational skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may involve working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Travel may be required for property showings and client meetings.
- Performance-based commissions, in addition to a base salary.

This job is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
