**Job Description: Graphic cum Web Designer**

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic cum Web Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually captivating designs for both print and digital mediums. Your expertise will extend to web design, ensuring our online presence aligns with our brand identity and engages users effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.

Design and maintain our website, creating user-friendly interfaces, responsive layouts, and optimizing user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that align with brand guidelines.

Stay updated on design trends and best practices in both graphic and web design, integrating innovative ideas into projects.

Create and edit multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance the visual appeal of our online presence.

Ensure consistency in design elements across different platforms and mediums.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development.

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including both print and web designs.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand design requirements.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
