**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:Accurately input data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
Ensure timely and efficient handling of large volumes of data.

**Data Verification and Quality Control**:Review and verify the accuracy of data entries.
Identify and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
Perform quality checks on data to meet organizational standards.

**Data Maintenance**:Update and maintain databases with new and relevant information.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
Regularly back up data to prevent loss.

**Record Keeping**:Keep organized records of data, documents, and transactions.
Retrieve and provide information upon request.

**Communication**:Collaborate with team members and other departments to clarify data-related queries.
Communicate effectively with clients or customers for data validation or clarification.

**Typing and Formatting**:Demonstrate proficient typing skills to enter data accurately and efficiently.
Format documents and reports as required.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Report any anomalies or discrepancies to supervisors.

**Time Management**:Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.

Proficient typing skills and high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of data entry software and database management systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.).

Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
