**Job description**

1. Order Management - Coordinating with customers for orders and scheduling the same for

dispatches. Answering customer queries regarding invoices and products

2. Billing - Generating the invoices and cross checking the same before dispatch

3. Filing & documentation of invoices, petty cash vouchers and other work related documents

4. Maintaining Stocks - Checking and receiving stocks from vendors

5. Claims - Maintaining claim records

6. Outstanding - Following up on outstanding payments

7. Reports - Sending weekly/monthly/quartely reports to HO regarding stocks, outstanding etc.

8. Administration
- Maintaining excel sheet for attendance and mailing end of the month to HO for salary purpose
- Overlooking the daily expense submitted by staff for deliveries and handling petty cash expenses

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
