What you will do

Configure and setup IT hardware, including laptops, printers, and peripherals
Technology enablement service and training
Provision, de-provision, user accounts & system access
Provide event & meeting support via Zoom
Ensure accurate inventory of hardware assets
Maintain a high level of service and support using a ticketing system
Collaborate with external partners like Security and Facilities

This role requires

Network knowledge and troubleshooting
Familiarity with JAMF Pro and CrashPlan
Strong soft skills (eg. critical thinking, creative problem solving, leadership, etc.)
Demonstrate empathy and a desire to provide a first-class end-user experience
Exhibit passion and motivation for new technology and learning
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Google Workspace certification
Google IT Support Professional certification

Familiarity with a scripting or coding language (Python, Bash, Javascript, Java)
Support users all around technical needs from hardware based issues(such as repairs) to software issues such as password resets, cloud app access permissions and helping to keep users secure as they operate in these environments.
Be prepared to get your hands dirty in making our office a superior experience for employees through the installation of technology at desks and in conference rooms.

Someone with a focus on customer support and satisfaction
3-5 years experience in IT support
Works comfortably in a startup environment, particularly a self-starter, eager to problem solve, able to perform under pressure and be comfortable with partial fluidity as the company quickly grows
Conducts work with integrity, consistency and responsibility

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
