Accounts & Admin Executive

Managing all accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain the up to date all ledgers.
- Prepare credit note & debit note.
- Banks reconcile.
- GST filing (If needed).
- Follows ups for local vendor payments, Electricity bills, and Internet bills.
- Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports.
- Sending request mail for petty cash. Maintaining bills and vouchers for expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Recording and documenting the petty cash bills and details.
- Documenting the entire transaction related to the production process to record the manufacturing task.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed records for consumable stocks.
- Maintaining consumable stock book records.
- Auditing physical stock verification. It should be matched as per the customer book stock.
- Preparing stocks adjustment as per the records.
- Documenting all received and issued invoices in files.
- Documenting Non-Returnable Delivery Challan.
- Documenting Returnable Delivery Challan.
- Maintaining employee attendance up-to-date
- Supporting employee’s requirement in the shop floor.
- Supporting employee’s needs like Food, and accommodation.
- Maintaining and updating records for Salary advance, Leave database, attendance database, Contract employee’s database and etc.
- Ensuring the status of gate pass. (Open and close).
- Keeping drawers & cupboard keys, rented house owner contact numbers.
- Preparing security & House Keeping work schedule.
- Guest arrangements such us meals, transportation & etc.
- Safe all the documents as manually & systematically for future reference.
- Tally backups.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
