- **Commission Details**:You earn 20% of the first month's payment and 10% of the subsequent 5 months from closed deals.

**Role Description**:

- **Sales Focus**:Focus lies on acquiring new clients through lead generation and conversion.
- **Sales Process Management**:Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. This involves conducting intro calls, demo calls, following up with prospects, and maintaining an organized pipeline.
- **Content Creation and Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content assets like blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, etc., aligned with lead generation goals.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and provide regular updates to management. Highlight achievements, challenges, and action items for improvement.
- **Continuous Learning and Improvement**:Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement by reviewing calls, training videos, and staying updated with industry trends.
