Urgently looking for Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman for our Company
Experience: Should have a minimum 10 to 12 yrs. as a Personal Secretary/Assistant to MD/CEO Chairman etc.
Diploma: in Hotel Management.must
**Job Description for Executive Assistant to **Chairman.
- Personal works and follow-up and coordination
- Manage Chairman"s day to day work.
- Travel with Chairman when required.
- Handle ERP as and when required.
- Any other work assigns by Chairman.
- Experience 10+ years, age 35 years
- Any hotel management background.
**Role's Responsibilities**:
Answer and screening calls
Make **travel arrangements** and Hotel bookings.
Take care of chairman mam day to day requirement
**Desired skills-**
Proactive
Excellent verbal communication in English
Good people management skills
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
