We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hindi-Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to better assist customers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and resolution rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in spoken Hindi, with excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:0-3years

**Salary**: ₹8,294.48 - ₹28,256.94 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
