**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Financial accounting process & Reporting in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/ Business central will be preferred) & POS, and its Consolidation.

Overseeing of Financial accounting process.

Book keeping and updating records on daily and weekly basis Analyzing and reporting of variance

Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Taking Care of Direct & Indirect Tax & various statutory compliances (GST, TDS,)

Creditors and Debtors Management,

GSTR2B monthly reconciliation.

Prepare GST, and TDS Returns for E-filing

Taken care of prepaid expenses tracker and management.

Petty cash and Cod cash accounting and management for all branch’s and ensure closing balance Taken care of all payment gat way management and prepare monthly working with our sales.

Coordinate with our sales team and Purchase Team for day-to-day accounting activity. Taken care of Issuing PDC for Vendors.

Taken care of Monthly books closing activity, BRS, and other ledger reconciliation and ensures closing balance.

Co-ordination with Auditors to Finalization of Financial Statements &Income tax returns for the Company and its assessment.

Prepare Creditor and Debtor report and reconciliation.

Voucher printing and maintain all record, documents for statutory audit. Day today creditor and other payments Processing for business activity. Performed general office duties and administrative tasks.

**Technical Skills: -**

ERP (Microsoft BC), MS Office

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.90 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Tally, erp (preferred)
