**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production.
- Present design concepts to the team for feedback and approval.
- Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visual designs that align with the firm's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Irish expert across various platforms.
- Develop creative assets that reinforce the brand image and values.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, info graphics, and digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging across all materials.
- Guide the associate graphic designer and introduce new ideas and concepts collaborate.
- Create visually compelling designs for both digital platforms (websites, social media) and print materials.
- Optimize graphics for various formats and platforms.
- Support the consulting teams by creating visually impactful presentations for client meetings.
- Transform complex information into clear and engaging visual representations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and web development.
- Advertise the brand of Irish by offering efficient services.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Figma or motion design is a bonus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
