**About the role**:
The Coordinator - Procurement will be responsible for PR to PO conversion of requisitions raised and approved in the system.

**What you will be doing**:

- Full compliance to Orica Procurement Procedure.
- Timely conversion of PR-PO in the system.
- Accuracy of PO details to ensure delivery of the correct material at the right time.
- Generation of various procurement report to monitor open PR’s, open PO’s and payment to vendors.
- Timely resolution of VIM issues.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Ascertain that POs are generated and forwarded to supplier on time to meet the required delivery schedules.
- Support End-users, distribution team and the Finance team for the fulfillment of the P2P process.
- Close cooperation with Procurement team for risk mitigation and potential savings

**What you will bring**:

- Academic degree within economics or engineering, supply chain management or purchasing
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement and project management
- Strong ability to communicate both technical and business value
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
