As the PPIC Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring efficient inventory management. Your strategic planning skills and industry expertise will contribute to maintaining seamless production operations while minimizing costs and maximizing overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans in collaboration with various departments to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze production schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Oversee inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on inventory metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Demand Forecasting**:

- Utilize historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to forecast production needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather relevant information for accurate demand forecasting.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on production and inventory performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the production and inventory control functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall operational effectiveness

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
