**TPA/Claim Executive at Gaba Hospital**

**For 100 Bedded Multispecialty Hospital in Yamuna Nagar**

**TPA/Billing Executive -1 (Experience 2 - 3 Years)**
- Graduate/ BHM / MHA / Post Graduate Diploma in hospital administration / hospital management
- Claims Processing, Documentation and claims filing
- Good experience in Hospital Billing & claim Processing
- Credit recovery departments

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling TPA and government empanelment Portals related processes.
- Maintaining & uploading patient files on the portal
- Couriering the hard copy of the patient's medical file to the Insurance companies.
- Mailing the soft/scanned copies of the patient’s medical files to the insurance companies.
- Responsible for all data management.
- Handling billing Department, Implant bill updating & reconciliation.
- Daily co-ordination with the TPA department Hospital staff.
- Handling all TPA and government empanelment Portals.
- Outstanding follow-up with TPA.
- Monthly Review & recovery report.
- Daily follow-up with Insurance companies to pass or clear the Health Insurance claims.
- Any additional responsibilities given by the management.

**Salary: 17,000 - 25,000 Per Month**

**Notice Period: 15 Days Maximum**

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- TPA: 2 years (preferred)
- Claims Processing: 2 years (preferred)
- CGHS, ECHS, Railways, Ayusman: 1 year (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 31/05/2024
