**Admin Executive**:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Frame policies, procedure and protocols to ensure student/staff safety at all times
- Review the policies every quarter
- Framing and reviewing quarantine, leave (paid and unpaid) policies to employees. Head of the school and Director Early Years will have veto power on any decision for Academy and EY respectively
- Take cognizance of special situations (e.g. COVID) and provide guidance to the team
- Frame safety protocols during construction/ maintenance activities
- Decided on design of signage and designate the spots to make the guidelines visible
- Appoint Safety Officer and constitute the group of employees designated to be safety commanders and provide instructions to implement the guidelines
- Participate in proceedings of the safety committee. Provide inputs and take minutes of decisions taken.
- Implement the guidelines/protocols decided by the safety committee
- Coordinate with communication team on periodical communication on safety and hygiene
- Ensure safety protocols are visible and understood by all (Student/Staff)
- Single point contact for all safety commanders for Academy and EY
- Conduct regular meetings of safety commanders to identify practical concerns and communicate the same to safety committee
- Responsible for taking rounds in the academy, buses, Early Years at defined frequency and take observations on safety concerns, document and present to the safety committee
- Ensure safety guidelines for field trips are well documented and understood by the students and staff going on the trip. Conduct session for the same if required
- Publish monthly report to the safety committee and safety commanders highlighting the work executed during the month and incidents if any
- Active member of Child Protection Committee (CPC)
- Field trip logistics coordination
- Coordination with academic team to understand the requirement,
- Identify and negotiate with vendor/service providers and arranging experts.
- Ensure consent forms are received from parents
- Coordinate with finance team for collection from students and payment vendor.
- Coordinate 0with vendors for bookings and other logistics for the trip
- Planning and coordination of learning journey
- Coordinate with learning partner experts to conduct sessions
- Take down the requirement and coordinate with internal administration teams on arrangements and resources on work orders / POs
- Ensure safety guidelines are adhered to in the events
