**Compensation**:
$4 - $6 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have fluency in speaking American English, and must be confident in handling calls
- Must have STRONG organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Must know how to create SOPs, processes, and mapping
- Must have great communication skills to lead a team, hold people accountable, conduct interviews, etc.
- Must be a fast learner to take on random tasks in different departments
- Must be organized, and bring a level of structure to the company
- Experience working with a Real Estate company is a PLUS
- Experience with Recruitment Title coordinator is a PLUS
- Experience working with Real Estate Company (preferred but not required)
- Energetic, friendly, and a good listener
- Must work in the US time zone (EST)

**Qualifications**:
System/equipment requirements:

- Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/backup
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
- Backup workstation (preferred)
- Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- USB noise-canceling headset (REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
