Participate in Field Activities Like Field visit, Demonstration, Visit with our key farmers. **4.* Organise the farmer meetings. **5. **Record the Demonstration obserbations in his territory. **6.** Train the field Team. **7.** Send The Daily Report to ASM/RSM as per Format. **8. **Dealer Appointment

**Requirements**:
**Education:

- ** **M.Sc/B.sc/Diploma in Agriculture or relevant field.**

**Location : Jalgaon, Shahada, Jalna, Bhokardhan, Parbhani, Nagpur**

**Experience:

- **3 to 5 years proven experience as sales officer or similar role in Agriculture or allied company.
- Solid knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
