**Job Summary**:
RIBO Industries, a leading player in the fabrication industry specializing in Boiler Pressure parts and components, is seeking an AutoCAD Draftsman Trainee to join our Detail Engineering Department. This role is ideal for freshers who possess a learning attitude and basic AutoCAD knowledge, offering a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior draftsmen in creating detailed drawings and plans for Boiler Pressure parts and components using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards in all drafted designs and technical drawings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance AutoCAD skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from senior team members.
- Maintain organized records of all drafted designs and project files.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement and optimization within the Detail Engineering Department.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software is a must.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Willingness to undergo a practical drawing test as part of the selection process.**:

- Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials is a plus.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
