**Globsyn Finishing School** is urgently hiring for - **IT Trainers**

**Designation -** IT Trainer
**Location**: Salt Lake City, Sector V, Globsyn Crystals
**Qualification**:Any Graduate ( BTech IT, CSE background preferred )
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday ( Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off )
**Working Time**: ( 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM )
**Salary & Benefits**:Up to 6.5 LPA ( As per your last CTC + PF )

**Responsibilities**
*Assessing individual/group training needs
*Planning, preparing and researching lessons
*Teaching desktop programmes such as Microsoft Office and other office software
*Organising and promoting courses
*Developing and delivering programmes of learning activities
*Preparing teaching materials
*Spending contact time with students on an individual or group basis
invigilating examinations
*Checking and assessing students' work and giving feedback
*Liaising with other organisations and employers
*Making use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing
*Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.
*Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
*Research and recommend learning systems
*Perform regular organization-wide trainings on system security
*Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
*Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
*Review company policies on computer use and cyber security

**Requirements and skills**
*Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role
*Experience designing technical course material
*Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
*Good understanding of corporate computer security principles
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
*BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
*Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
