- **Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.**:

- **Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales**:

- **Successfully create business from new and existing guests**:

- **Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams**:

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

**Market Research**:
