**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Telecaller Duties:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce Career Launcher's programs and services.
- Provide information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Answer incoming inquiries from students and parents regarding program details, admissions requirements, and other related topics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and enrollment conversions.

Back Office Operator Duties:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Process student enrollments, registrations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of student inquiries and requests.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and support decision-making.
- Support center operations by handling inquiries from walk-in students and providing assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding student information confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
