Planning Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to join our team in developing and delivering high-quality medical courses for doctors. The Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and utilizing IT tools and resources to ensure that the courses are delivered effectively and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain project plans for medical courses, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize IT tools and resources to streamline course development and delivery processes.
- Monitor progress against timelines and identify areas for improvement or potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain course delivery platforms and other technical resources.
- Evaluate course effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on course development and delivery progress.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, business, or project management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and coordinating complex projects, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of IT tools and resources, including project management software, collaboration tools, and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with medical education and training is a plus.
