Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Unit Nurse with at least one year of experience to join our healthcare team.

This role requires a compassionate individual who is proficient in evaluating intensive care patients, recognizing complications, administering care, and coordinating with

other members of the critical care team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and record detailed reports and records of critical ICU patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment, including ventilators and monitors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients' responses.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during recovery.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license and at least one year of experience in a critical care setting.
- Proficiency in a wide variety of high-level nursing skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts and respond to medical emergencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
