Data Entry and Calling College-Going Person

**Position**: Data Entry and Calling Associate

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:
Accurately enter and maintain data related to college-going individuals into the company's database or CRM system.

Organize and categorize data in a systematic and logical manner for easy retrieval.

Verify and review entered data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Update and modify existing data as needed.

**Outbound Calling**:
Engage in a friendly and professional conversation with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about products, services, promotions, and any ongoing campaigns.

Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.

Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and records of interactions with customers.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their feedback and addressing their concerns promptly.

Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Keep updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry and calling operations.

Provide assistance and support to colleagues when needed.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.

Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex information.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
