**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive drumming lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and promote musical growth.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations, including Trinity College London exams.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters students' confidence and passion for music.
- Collaborate with music department staff to integrate drumming into broader musical education and school events.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events and showcases, highlighting the achievements of the drumming program.

**Qualifications**:

- Holder of Trinity College London Grade 5 (or higher) qualification in drumming.
- Proven experience as a drummer instructor or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in reading music and delivering comprehensive drumming instructions.
- Ability to teach a wide range of drumming styles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development in music education.
