- To maintain DC Stock Availability & Inventory in line with the current day’s holding.
- To minimize DC Shrinkage as per MCCIN Standards.
- Adherence to Rail Card Audit as per schedule and maintaining proper RailCard hygiene as per standards.
- Article Change Report and other Night Run Report generation and implementation of the necessary changes/
- Responsible for Regular Gap Check and report generation.
- Pallet Audit with respective Department team members.
- Stock Correction on daily basis.
- Adherence to Price Change/Update process as per the timeline.
- To maintain DC Performance on Balance Scorecard.
- Stock Audit activities & Process adherence.
- Article Group wise Expiry Check on Daily basis.
- Department wise High Value Article count.
- Department wise PI on as per schedule and SOP."
