**Position: Back Office Assistant for Export and Import**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and customs procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to export and import activities.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Support the sales and logistics teams with administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a back office assistant or in a similar administrative role within the export and import domain is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work-ex required.
- Solid understanding of international trade procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
